Extra Care Supported Living

Offers support and personal care for 12 people with learning disabilities, and other support and care needs, who live in their own self-contained accommodation in the newly converted St. Anne's Apartments.

Home and Community Support

Offers support and personal care for 64 people with learning disabilities who live in their own self-contained accommodation or with family/friends.

Marina, Lansdowne Road, Hove

Offers accommodation with personal care for 9 people with learning disabilities.

Liverpool Adult Services

Offers housing-related support and personal care for 44 people with learning disabilities who live in shared supported living, mainly in Liverpool and also in Southport

Fernley Resource Centre, St. Joseph's, Freshfield

Offers day activity services for 38 people with learning disabilities (plus others who live at the St. Joseph's houses) from a purpose-built centre.

St. Joseph's Home, Freshfield

A specialist service supporting up to 36 people with learning disabilities and high complex needs.

L37 Short Breaks Service, St. Joseph's, Freshfield

Offers short breaks for people with learning disabilities.

St. Joseph's Services, Freshfield, Formby

The services hosted on the St. Joseph's site are supported by an active "friends" group.

Offers housing-related support and personal care for 9 people with learning disabilities who live in shared supported living

Maryville, Brentford

Offers accommodation with personal care and nursing care for 39 older people (including, in part of the building, for people with learning disabilities and dementia)

St. Raphael's, Brentford

Offers accommodation with personal care for 21 people with learning disabilities

St. Mary's, Roehampton

Offers accommodation with personal care for 42 people with learning disabilities, in 7 "flats", including a short-break/respite service for up to 3 people. There is also a day activity service for 11 people who live elsewhere (as well as for some people who live at St. Mary's).

Offers accommodation with personal care for 7 people with learning disabilities

Tooting Bec Gardens, Streatham

Offers accommodation with personal care for 7 people with learning disabilities
