Seaview, St. Joseph's, Freshfield
Seaview is home for 12 people who have learning disabilities and multiple complex needs. Located in the middle of Formby Pinewoods, Seaview shares a site with two other registered care homes, a day centre and a convent, the services share extensive grounds and a hydrotherapy pool.
There are ten bedrooms each decorated to a high standard with people being encouraged to personalise rooms with their choice of colour and furniture. Nine of these bedrooms have en-suite facilities.
There are three spacious living areas, a large dining room, kitchen, three bathrooms and two garden areas to side and rear. The staff team are fully trained in all aspects of learning disability and there is a First Level Nurse on duty twenty four hours per day.
We comply with legal requirements and meet standards set by the Frances Taylor Foundation and the Care Quality Commission. Each person has their own person centered plan which is individually tailored to meet their assessed needs, dreams and aspirations.
