Brentford Adult Services for Supported Living 101 The Drive, Hounslow. The service provides housing and support for adults with Learning Disabilities. We have a contract with The London Borough of Hounslow Supporting People Team and supporting local authorities. The service is managed by The Frances Taylor Foundation adhering to the organisations’ policies and procedures.

The service was set up in 2002 working towards meeting the Government’s initiative on supporting people in the community.

101 The Drive, is situated close to local shops, and amenities. It is a five bedroom house, with a spacious garden. The house has a dining room, kitchen, lounge and two bathrooms.
All service users are supported in their daily living skills promoting independence, choice and opportunities to reach their potential. Each service user has a tenancy agreement and supported by staff to maintain their tenancy.

Service users have an initial assessment detailing their individual areas of need. This process is followed through with a support plan detailing how they can be supported by staff to meet their needs and develop their independent living skills. The service promotes service user involvement, is monitored and reviewed under The ODPM Quality Assessment Framework.

The service is managed by The Frances Taylor Foundation and adheres to all the organisations’ policies and procedures in order to meet the needs of the service users, assure quality and meet the requirements of The National Minimum Standards
