Brentford Adult Services for Supported Living, 8 Somerset Road, Brentford. The service provides housing and support for adults with Learning Disabilities. We have a contract with The London Borough of Hounslow Supporting People Team. The service is managed by The Frances Taylor Foundation adhering to the organisations’ policies and procedures.

The service was set up in 2002 working towards meeting the Government’s initiative on supporting people in the community.
8 Somerset Road, Brentford is within easy walking distance of Brentford High Street and local shopping facilities. The house has two comfortable lounge areas, kitchen/diner, two bathrooms and accommodates four tenants with a sleep-in staff support at night.
All service users are supported in their daily living skills promoting independence, choice and opportunities to reach their potential. Each service user has a tenancy agreement and supported by staff to maintain their tenancy.
The service is managed by The Frances Taylor Foundation and adheres to all the organisations’ policies and procedures in order to meet the needs of the service users, assure quality and meet the requirements of The National Minimum Standards

The service promotes service user involvement, is monitored and reviewed under The ODPM Quality Assessment Framework.
