Sefton Supported Living provides personalised support for adults with learning disabilities who want to live as independently as possible while remaining connected to their community. We look after five people who live as tenants in a bungalow situated in the coastal town of Southport. The bungalow is modern and beautifully decorated with a very pretty, good-sized enclosed garden.
Every person is encouraged to make their own choices, develop everyday living skills and build confidence at their own pace. Our experienced team provides support that is tailored to everyone’s goals, helping people enjoy fulfilling, independent lives.
