St Anne's Apartments offers supported living in modern one- and two-bedroom apartments, enabling people to enjoy greater independence while receiving tailored support.

Residents are encouraged to make their own choices, build life skills and participate fully in community life, knowing support is always available when needed.

3e Lansdowne Road comprises seven modern, spacious flats – two shared and five single-occupancy – which tenants have made very much their own. People living here have a diverse range of needs, and support is highly personalised, helping everyone achieve positive outcomes, take part in community life, and develop and maintain friendships and relationships.

The Extra Care model enables St. Anne’s to support people with more complex needs who may traditionally have lived in residential care. Importantly, it also provides flexibility, allowing care and support to adapt as people’s needs, wishes and circumstances change or as they grow older.

3c Lansdowne Road comprises three single flats and is home to a young person’s transition service. Here, young people take their first steps towards greater independence, learning everyday skills such as planning meals, shopping, cooking, budgeting and maintaining a tenancy, with the encouragement of a committed and creative staff team.
